Stage VTT - MTB training camp

La semaine dernière, durant 5 jours, j'ai effectué un petit stage VTT chez moi, dans la région de Millau.

Mon total horaire hebdomadaire d'entraînement s'arrêtera à 25 h, ce qui est déjà pas trop mal...

Le début du stage (mercredi et jeudi) se fera en compagnie de Gauthier et Morgan. Mes coéquipiers du club de VTT XC63 nous rejoindrons les 3 jours suivants. Le dimanche, nous avons rouler sur le raid VTT La Garoutade à l'Ille-sur-Têt (66).

En conclusion, un excellent stage axé sur la technique avec tout de même un peu de dénivelé positif (8500 m) sur les sentiers techniques des causses.

Et tout cela sous le soleil :-D

The last week, during 5 days, I was on training camp at home, near the city of Millau.

Total : 25 h of training

This camp start (wednesday and thursday) with my friends, Gauthier and Morgan. My clubmates had arrived the last 3 days of the week. On Sunday, we rode on the famous mtb meeting, the Garoutade.

In conclusion, a very, very nice training camp with lot of technical singletraks and 28000 ft.

And the better, under a big sun a blue sky :-D
